Beautiful thatched house near the North Sea. In 10 minutes by car in St. Peter-Ording.

A very welcoming and tastefully furnished one-room vacation apartment on the first floor of a typical thatched-roof house with a well-maintained communal garden. Well-thought-out layout and amenities. Kitchenette. Dining area. Beautiful bathroom with shower stall/toilet and natural light. Sitting area with 2 comfortable armchairs. Double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with a good slatted frame and healthy mattresses. View of the greenery.

We’re happy to arrange for bed linens and towels through the on-site laundry service if needed!

In addition to the outdoor communal furniture (Frisian bench, large table)
two garden chairs (high-back) belonging to the apartment are available.

Parking spaces and bicycle parking are available.

Location:
Vollerwiek is a well-maintained seaside resort. The green beach is only 800 meters away and offers relaxation and amenities (showers, restrooms, beach chairs, a bistro, and lifeguard supervision). The typical Eiderstedt farmhouses (Haubarge) and the small 12th-century village church of St. Martin are worth seeing. Exciting guided mudflat hikes begin in Vollerwiek. Experience the Wadden Sea, a World Natural Heritage Site; nature lovers will discover the bird paradise “Katinger Watt”—a truly special experience in a lush, idyllic landscape any time of year.

Excellent central location for excursions to neighboring vacation destinations; in just a few minutes by car, you can reach Germany’s largest seaside resort, St. Peter-Ording (10 min), Garding, with everything you need for daily life (5 min), Tating with the Hochdorfer Garden and the Café Schweizer Haus (10 min), Husum, “The Gray City by the Sea” (25 min), the picturesque port town of Tönning (10 min), and the popular seaside resort of Büsum with its ferry terminal to Heligoland (25 min).

Kilometers of hiking and biking trails invite you to take extended excursions into the diverse natural landscape—for example, a tour along the dike to St. Peter-Ording. In St. Peter-Ording, you’ll find one of the most beautiful and largest beaches in the world, 12 km long and covered in fine sand. Be sure to also visit Sylt or the offshore island of Heligoland.

Klein, aber gepflegt und sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Radtouren. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Ein kleines aber feines Appartement in einem wunderschönen reetgedeckten Haus im beschaulichen Vollerwiek. Eine ruhige Gegend fussläufig nahe dem „grünen“ Strand. SPO mit den großartigen Sandstränden ist in 10min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Appartement hat wirklich alles, was man braucht und der Gartenbereich mitsamt Sitzgelegenheiten ist eine Idylle. Die Vermieter sind sehr fürsorglich und kümmern sich sofort.

Nordsee pur

Diese kleine gemütliche Fewo in einem schönen reetgedeckten Haus liegt inmitten der Natur, trotzdem nahe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Touri-Trubel. Man ist fußläufig direkt am Meer. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und bietet viele Urlaubsmöglickeiten, die gut erreichbar sind.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir waren für 5 Tage dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber man ist eh nur zum Essen und schlafen zuhause gewesen, also perfekt! Die Heizung wollte nicht recht warm werden, aber der Vermieter war super bemüht und hat einen immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Sehr zu empfehlen! Schade das der Strand in Vollerwieck wegen der Blauzungenkrankheit gesperrt ist, aber dafür hat SPO auch einen tollen Steand und viel zu erleben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Unterkunft buchen.

Kurzurlaub in Vollerwiek

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter zügig und alles wurde gut beantwortet. Für mich war es neu zu erfahren, dass der Schlüssel vom Nachbarort ca. 3 km geholt und zurückgebracht werden mußte. Hat aber trotzdem gut geklappt. Würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder empfehlen.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung, worüber ich mich freue. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt knapp 1km von der Ferienwohnung entfernt bei Bekannten. Es empfiehlt sich zuerst den Schlüssel abzuholen, also mit dem Schlüssel zur Ferienwohnung zu fahren. So ist es praktisch kein Umweg. Einzelheiten, insbesondere die Wegbeschreibung und Kontaktdaten, stehen in den Anreiseinformationen.
