Loft Agape Verde sits 120 meters above sea level on the hillside overlooking Cefalù’s bay, offering breathtaking views—especially at sunset, when the scenery is truly unforgettable.
Just a 15-minute walk from Cefalù’s Porta Vecchia, the property is perfect for reaching the beaches, exploring the area, or enjoying the many local venues. Located just outside the residential and tourist zones, it provides luxurious, comfortable accommodation with private outdoor spaces and a panoramic pool.
The famous Cathedral is about 20 minutes away on foot. At 1.2 km from the city center, the residence is close to a variety of restaurants where locals gather to enjoy Sicilian cuisine and socialize.
The 40 m² loft accommodates up to 4 guests (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children) and features an open-plan living area with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bed on a unique mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, and a private Turkish bath. A washing machine is also provided. The staircase to the mezzanine conceals a large wardrobe for all your vacation needs.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a shared ping-pong table. A baby cot is available. On request and by reservation, guests can enjoy wonderful boat tours with aperitif for an extra fee.
The nearest airport is Palermo “Falcone e Borsellino,” 85 km away. Fire safety equipment is provided. Smoking is not allowed.
