There is a balcony facing the courtyard and garden. The apartment is equipped with a TV, stereo system, internet connection, a kitchen (microwave, two hobs, and a refrigerator), and a bathroom with a tub and washing machine. The amenities meet 4-star standards. The apartment sleeps up to six people. The living room measures 70 square metres (including the balcony). The building was renovated to exemplary standards and requires approximately one-tenth of the energy used by neighbouring buildings; it is powered exclusively by renewable resources. The Technical University of Dresden and the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences are supporting this model project.

Direkt in der Altstadt

Görlitz ist eine tolle Stadt, würden immer wieder kommen… Parkplätze sind allerdings schwer zu finden… Gastgeber wohnen direkt über der Ferienwohnung.. schöner Balkon zum Innenhof… für ein verlängertes Wochenende ideal
