I am from Lakeland and bought this home when I was 19. My husband and I moved to Orlando and want to share the warm hospitality and beauty of my home town so we completely remodeled the home and made a beautiful oasis to share with guests.

Why they chose this property

It is a safe family neighborhood where neighbors know each other. Very safe and it is a 5 min walk to TigerTown if you love baseball(like I do). Also we back up to Lake Parker Park. Short walk to park and the lake. Close to Florida Polytechenic University(my boys were in the inaugural graduating class!), Florida Southern, and Southeastern. Lakeland Regional is less than 2miles.
It is the perfect jumping off point for exploring, house hunting, parent's weekend at the university, Sun and Fun Flying home base, or just exploring downtown. This community has easy access.

What makes this property unique

It is NOT a cookie cutter short-term rental. I put together every piece of furniture and designed everything with beauty and relaxation in mind. Plus the kitchen is Chef's Kiss with flat top range, great counter space, and lots of kitchen gadgets. We are not a company and we manage everything and take pride in presenting a place you can feel at home.
