Good house, very bad hosts.

Be careful, bad hosts. I stayed 8 nights with my wife, we asked if we could have more towels so as not to disturb during the stay, this thing was repounded again and again by the host afterwards. We also asked for a change of sheets (I think it's normal for an 8-night stay!) And we were told that they usually don't do it but for us they were an exception, which left me with some doubts. The worst part is that even though my wife and I had problems in the house, and we solved them ourselves without disturbing (which we should have done as one of these problems was the dirty and clogged shower filter that with every shower flowed the whole bathroom) the hosts still did everything to find something that made them retain the reservation deposit. The house is cosy and has almost everything, very convenient as a location as it is close to the bus stop. BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THE HOSTS WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO WITHHOLD THE DEPOSIT.

Ferienwohnung war sehr modern, Gastgeber waren sehr nett und auch sehr freundlich, leider waren die Fenster im Schlafzimmer und Bad nicht zu öffnen und im Wohnzimmer nur 2 kleine Fenster zum Kippen.Zum Standort: Ferienwohnung befindet sich dicht an einer belebten Durchgangsstrasse d.h. ab 6.30 war hoher Lärm durch PKWs, LKWs und Traktoren.In direkter Nähe gegenüber eine Stadtbus-Haltestelle und ein Supermarkt mit starker Freguenz ab 7.30 Uhr bis 21 Uhr von Montags bis einschl. Sonntags.Die Terasse konnte nicht im vollem Umfang genutzt werden durch den Lärm der Strasse und Umgebung.

Der Empfang war super. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Check In hat prima geklappt, W LAN Empfang war auch gut. Das App. ist super und hochwertig ausgestattet. Schade ist, dass man im Schlafzimmer kein Fenster öffnen kann. Die Fenster im Wohnzimmer sind klein u. sehr hoch, so dass man im sitzen nicht hinausschauen kann. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt das ist praktisch. Wir sind überwiegend Rad gefahren. Die Parksituation ist auch prima. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt. Wir würden wieder mieten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Für einen Kurztrip zum Erholen eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung. Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin hat uns empfangen. Die Lage ist okay, bis auf einen Supermarkt gegenüber aber kaum Läden etc.

Klein, aber fein!

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Pracht 1 verlebt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber man findet alles vor, was für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig, mit einer tollen Dusche und einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Als kleines Manko haben wir die die nicht zu öffnenden Fenster in Schlaf- und Badezimmer empfunden. Pracht 1 ist ein schöner Startpunkt für viele Tagesausflüge.

Zeer gezellig huis en leuke omgeving

Het huisje was super igericht voor 2 personen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor leuke uitstapjes naar bijv. Hoorn, Haarlem, Enkhuizen, Medemblik en Alkmaar. Ook handig schuin tegenover de Vomar, en 900 meter verderop een leuk cafe/eetcafe, goed eten en gezellige sfeer.

Toller Urlaub in kleiner aber feiner Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf jeden Fall sehr genossen. Bereits bei der Anfahrt wurden wir von Esther persönlich sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist super modern ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Auch die Sauberkeit war Top. Als wir am 1. Abend Probleme mit dem Fernseher hatten, wurde dieses umgehend von Stefan persönlich gelöst. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Unsere Wohnung für 2 Personen war richtig schön

Unser kleiner Urlaub in Oudkarspel hat schon bei der Anreise und beim beziehen der kleinen Wohnung begonnen. Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Die Vermieterin hat uns mit einem lächeln empfangen und hat uns alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wohnung merkte man an, dass diese erst seit dem letzten Jahr in der Vermietung war. Alles topp! Ich kann jedem empfehlen diese Wohnung zu mieten, wenn man nur zu 2 ist, ist alles vorhanden, um den Urlaub in den Niederlanden genießen zu können. Viele Grüße Michael!

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist Top. Der Supermarkt befindet sich gegeüber. Die Lage ist ruhig und bis zum Nordsee ist 20 min Fahrt. Für zwei Personen ist diese Unterkunft ideal.

Schöne Unterkunft, alles sehr neu!

Unser Aufenthalt in Oudkarspel war sehr schön! Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, top! Strannah ist sie allerdings nicht. Man fährt 30 min mit dem Auto zum Beispiel bis Bergen aan Zee. Die Strecke dorthin und der Strand sind wunderschön! Allerdings ist die Anfahrt lang bei angesagter Strandnähe hatten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Wen das nicht stört, findet hier eine sehr schöne Wohnung in der man gut seinen Hollandurlaub verbringen kann!!

Schöne und moderne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Einige Kosmetikartikel waren vorhanden, das Bad war super sauber und roch angenehm. Die Dusche und auch das Bett sind geräumig. Zu den wichtigen technischen Geräten gab es Bedienungsanleitungen. Dank schönem Wetter konnten wir auch die Sitzecke vor dem Haus nutzen, die trotz angrenzender Straße hinter einem Sichtschutz etwas Privatsphäre bietet. Der Check-In ist super easy und verlief reibungslos.Da wir keine Fahrräder dabei hatten, waren wir häufig mit dem Auto unterwegs. Aber auch im Ort gibt es für kleinere Spaziergänge Gelegenheiten. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für zwei

Wir waren Mitte April 2023 dort . Ganz tolle Wohnung, frisch renoviert, sehr ruhig und umfassend ausgestattet. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, nette Karte zur Begrüßung mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit. Hier passte alles. Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Park zum spazieren gehen auch in der Nähe.
