Staff & Meals

Professional staff is included and will remain at the villa during the stay to assist with daily housekeeping and help take care of your needs throughout your visit.

Groceries are not included. However, after your arrival, our staff can assist with grocery coordination.

The villa includes access to a professional in-villa chef who can help prepare meals during your stay. We can share a general menu for reference, but it is not limited to only those options. The chef may assist with different meal requests depending on ingredient availability and coordination.

Golf Carts

Golf carts are not included with the villa.

However, we can help arrange golf cart rentals upon request so they can be ready for you upon arrival, subject to availability.

Resort Fee

Casa de Campo resort fees are not included in the reservation price. Guests are responsible for paying any applicable resort registration or access fees directly according to Casa de Campo policies.

Important House Rules

This is a private family home intended for peaceful, respectful stays.

Parties, events, loud music, excessive noise, disorderly conduct, messes, pets, and extra guests not included in the reservation are strictly not allowed.

Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted at the villa.

Breaking the house rules will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the stay and/or eviction from the property without refund, in accordance with the platform policies and house rules.
