Why they chose this property

I love my neighborhood because my neighbors are all respectful and private.. I also enjoy my proximity to the best beach of Cherry Grove and the convenience of having the hospital 2 blocks away and all the other stores I need. But at the same time, I am located in a very quiet culdesac surrounded by pines next to my private fish pond.

What makes this property unique

I enjoy nature very much and I have all of that too. Come and enjoy our local deer, birds, turtles, red shoulder hawks. Is like living in a state park.
