I enjoy being a host because I'm fascinated that guests from all over the country find their way to my home in Gowanda. Guests are respectful of the home, which is a joy because they seem to love her as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

I bought this house in 1995 as my first home. I enjoyed many of years of calling her my home and then when I moved on it was turned into a rental for many years. After a long term renter moved out I decided to have the home remodeled with no idea of what to do with the home after it was completed. I have decided to do short term rentals and it has turned into a successful venture that is truly enjoyable.

What makes this property unique

She's a cozy charming older home. Newly remodeled with modern amenities but with the character of an older home.
