In the complex: lift. Grocery 100 m, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop "Carabelas" 350 m, sandy beach "Playa del cable" 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
