L'appartamento si presenta come in foto, perfette condizioni, pulito, ordinato, spazioso, mobili nuovi, c'è tutto l'occorrente.
Posizione eccellente: vicinissimo al lungo lago, sempre ventilato, mai sofferto il caldo, nè di notte nè di giorno.
CONTRO
Manca la lavatrice e il welcome kit (sacchetti e bidoni differenziata).
Sarebbero auspicabili le doppie chiavi ingresso.
CONCLUSIONI
Piacevolmente soddisfatto.
