Just a few hundred metres from the beach promenade and the gorgeous, fine-sand beach, this peacefully situated apartment is located in one of Binz’s most exclusive areas. Here, you can go for a walk whenever you like, cool off in the ocean, or simply relax and unwind.

The spa gardens with the Haus des Gastes, the Binz pier, and the town centre with its wide variety of shopping options and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Free Wi-Fi and a free parking space are available to you. Bicycle storage is also available.

Towels and bed linens are not included in the rental price but can be booked in advance.

You can use the washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement for a fee.

The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.

Enjoy your holiday in Apartment 13, which was completely renovated and furnished to a high standard in 2021. With a total area of 51 square metres, it offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. It is located on the ground floor of Villa Eden in one of the most exclusive locations in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The beautiful sandy beach is just 300 m away.
A fully equipped kitchenette is integrated into the living/dining area. A highlight of the kitchenette is the sanitizing station for everyday items, such as cell phones, remote controls, children’s toys, etc.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax. The modern sofa bed can be easily converted into a cosy sleeping area for 2 additional people.
The separate bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m double bed, a wardrobe, and a TV.
You can access the balcony from both the living area and the bedroom.
Enjoy your breakfast in the spacious dining area or on your balcony.
Of course, the holiday rental also includes a modern bathroom with a shower.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
