We absolutely loved our stay here! We are college counselors and were in Delaware for a visit to Ohio Wesleyan University, and this adorable home was the perfect place to stay. It was charming, comfortable, welcoming, and felt like a little home away from home.If youā€™re visiting OWU, you really couldnā€™t ask for a better location. We were able to walk to campus each day, which made our visit so easy and convenient. As anyone visiting a college campus knows, having a comfortable place to stay thatā€™s close to everything makes such a difference! We also loved being able to walk into downtown Delaware for dinner. The owner recommended Opa, and it was absolutely deliciousā€”definitely take their recommendation!We left feeling like we had found a little gem in Delaware and would happily stay here again. I can especially see this being a wonderful option for parents visiting their OWU student, whether youā€™re coming for a campus visit, parentsā€™ weekend, move-in, graduation, or just a weekend to spend time with your college student. The location, charm, and thoughtful recommendations from the owner made our stay fantastic. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was fantastic! The host has offered or supplied everything you would need or possibly forget, and their communication was excellent. The house was very clean and neatly decorated. This is the perfect location for walking downtown to grab dinner! We will try to stay here again when we return.
