Die kompetente und freundliche Beratung von Frau Kassens. Genau zugehört und für uns die „passende Wohnung“ gefunden. Neuwertig eingerichtet, zentrale Lage, oben in der 3.Etage sehr ruhig. Durch die sehr persönliche Beratung und die Anmerkung, die ruhigere Wohnung lieber oben zu nehmen. Wir wollten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, direkt an der Fußgängerzone und ohne Balkon. Der Aufpreis war circa 110,- €. Es war wunderbar das wir darauf hingewiesen wurden und haben es nicht bereut den Aufpreis zu zahlen. Oben war es optimal, ruhig und ruhig: genau das haben wir gesucht. In Zukunft durch die sehr angenehme Beratung von Frau Kassens immer wieder ZN ( Zentraler Zimmerservice auf Norderney ). Paar
