The "Dünenrose" apartment complex is located on Nienburgstrasse, a small, quiet street with little traffic, right next to Nordstrand Beach. The "Januskopf," with its lively beachside restaurants, is just a few steps away. The city centre area of Norderney is also within easy walking distance. Apartment No. 48 is located on the ground floor of Building No. 3. The approximately 40-square-meter apartment is well-suited for two people. The apartment is equipped with a very comfortable sleeper sofa, providing plenty of space during the day without compromising on sleeping comfort. The building has a shared washing machine and dryer (coin-operated). A particularly attractive feature is the residential complex’s swimming pool, which residents can use free of charge; it is located in the basement of the same building. There is also a sauna there, which can be used by inserting a coin.
