This beautiful, spacious Odenwald attic holiday rental with a balcony is located in a single-family home on a quiet street with no traffic. Thanks to the apartment’s south-facing orientation, you’ll enjoy sun all day long and a beautiful view when the weather is nice. From the loggia, you can observe wildlife (deer, foxes, hares). Pets are not allowed; a parking space is available. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, and a dining area for 4 people. Adjacent to it is a Chippendale-style dining room. The living room features a sofa set (including a sleeper for two) with a Smart TV and Sky connection. The three rooms form an open-concept space. Adjacent to this living area are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. Our apartment was completely renovated in 2021, including entirely new bedroom furnishings. If needed, the apartment is accessible via a stairlift. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Rimhorn is a district of the municipality of Lützelbach in the southern part of the beautiful Odenwald. From Rimhorn towards Höchst im Odenwald lies the Obrunn Gorge / Fairy Tale Trail, featuring numerous miniature buildings with many details worth seeing—an attractive destination for families with children. The Odenwald is characterised by a wide variety of cultural, sporting, and culinary offerings. There are numerous activities available here, with something for everyone. Here is a small selection of the many possibilities: Miltenberg’s market square and city tour, the old town of Michelstadt, the Felsenmeer in the Lautertal, the Eberstadt Stalactite Cave in Buchen, the Grube Messe World Heritage Site, Frankenstein Castle in Mühltal, the Mountain Animal Park in Erlenbach, the Odenwald Model Railway World in Fürth, the Eulbach English Garden, and Breuberg Castle.
