Approx. 60 square meter, the nice 2 rooms flat is ideal for 2 people for feeling fine, recovering and having a romantic time (extra bed child/ youth possibly).
The bright non-smoker's flat (smoke on the partly roofed terrace) in southern location is situation in a 2 family house (meadows and wood immediately). There is a separate entrance and the apartment is completely furnished.
The flat is centrally situated, without direct neighbour. Restaurants, supermarket, baker, ice-cream parlour, outdoor swimming pool in approx. 500m. Niedernhausen disposes of numerous foodpaths, cycle tracks in the nature. So, you can reach by food the Old town Idstein. Gulf is possible in 12km by car.
Niedernhausen offer the international 'Rhine Main theatre'. Sports possibilities, massage parlour exists.
The traffic binding is optimally. Niedernhausen has an own motorway access (A3). But also you can go by train or bus (ideally for long time tenants, weekend home drivers!). Airport shuttle service!
