About this property

East Nashville Townhome · Rooftop Deck · Sleeps 6

Summary:

An end-unit East Nashville townhome with a private rooftop deck — string lights, lounge seating, and sky for morning coffee or a nightcap. Two levels, two bedrooms plus a garage lounge with leather sofas, sleeps six across three beds with two full baths. Full kitchen, hardwoods, fast wifi, private entrance, free garage and street parking. You're minutes from Riverside Village, Porter East, and Five Points for food and coffee, near Shelby Park and the greenway, a short drive to downtown.

The Space:

The unit is a two-level townhome with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private rooftop deck. There's room for a group without anyone feeling on top of each other.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen, and the living room has a sofa bed — so it comfortably sleeps up to six. With two full bathrooms, you're not waiting in line in the morning.

The living area is open to a full kitchen with everything you'd need to actually cook, and there's a comfortable spot to relax or work. Head up to the rooftop deck for morning coffee or to wind down at the end of the day.

You're in the heart of East Nashville — minutes from Riverside Village, Porter East, and Five Points for food, coffee, and bars, close to Shelby Park and the greenway for walking and biking, and a short drive to downtown and Broadway.

Free parking in the garage and on the street, fast wifi, a private entrance, and self check-in. Good for couples, friends, or families who want more space than a hotel with easy access to the whole city.

Guest Access:

You'll have the entire townhome to yourself — nothing is shared with the other units, including the rooftop deck, which is private to your stay.

Park in the lot behind the unit. The trash dumpster is back there too, so you can drop garbage off easily during your stay.

The whole place is yours start to finish, with nothing off-limits. I'm reachable by message if anything comes up, but otherwise the space is entirely your own.

The Neighborhood:

You're in East Nashville — the city's local, lived-in side, away from the Broadway crowds but still close to everything. This is where Nashvillians actually eat and hang out.

A few minutes up the road is Riverside Village, one of the best little food corners in the city, with spots like Sho Pizza Bar from chef Sean Brock, Curry Boys BBQ, Ladybird Taco, and a handful of coffee shops and bars packed into a couple of blocks. Five Points and Porter East — more restaurants, breweries, and shops — are a short drive in the other direction.

For time outside, Shelby Park and the Shelby Bottoms greenway are close by, with miles of trails for walking, running, or biking along the river.

When you want the tourist side of town, downtown and Broadway are about a 10-minute drive or quick rideshare. You get the best of both: a quiet, local base with the whole city in easy reach.

Best for travelers who'd rather experience the real Nashville — great food, neighborhood bars, and the outdoors — than stay in the middle of the honky-tonks.

Getting Around:

A car or rideshare is the easiest way to get around from here. There's free parking at the unit, so if you're driving in or renting, you're set — and most places you'll want to go are a 5 to 15 minute drive.

Uber and Lyft are reliable across East Nashville and downtown if you'd rather not drive, especially heading to Broadway for a night out so nobody has to worry about parking or driving back.

The immediate area is residential, so it's not a walk-to-everything spot — Riverside Village and Five Points are a quick drive rather than a stroll. If you're here for the Shelby Bottoms greenway, though, that's an easy trip for biking and walking trails once you're there.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is about 15 minutes away, which makes arrivals and departures simple.

The townhouse was clean and very large . The split units do not work well therefore making it extremely hot , the parking situation is not good . One car in the garage , I had to pay 80 for parking in the lot across the street , the stalls that were on the street were always full . The stay was okay , I would recommend you put the parking situation more clear .The stay overall was decent and quiet.
