Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, the property combines the convenience of shared spaces with the privacy of individual accommodations. Guests can gather around multiple outdoor firepits, enjoy outdoor games, compete on the pickleball court, cook meals together at the communal Cookout Zone, or host events and dinners on the scenic Observation Deck overlooking the Smoky Mountains.

Each tiny home includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, kitchenette, lofted queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa. Most homes accommodate up to four guests, allowing your group to stay together while maintaining personal space and comfort.
