The Chiemgau Holiday Home is located between Lake Chiemsee and Reit im Winkl. A traditional yet modern holiday home that warmly welcomes you to Bavaria’s most beautiful corner. Built exclusively with high-quality materials, the Chiemgau Holiday Home offers not only a cosy garden area—including two outdoor terraces—but also an interior atmosphere that’s just as inviting. The bright, spacious kitchen-diner is directly connected to the open living and dining area; one floor up, the two comfortable Swiss stone pine bedrooms ensure a pleasant and restful night’s sleep.
A holiday home in the style of a farmhouse. Wood and natural materials define its character. On the ground floor, past the entryway, a spacious and modern living and kitchen area awaits you, along with a guest bathroom and a small room with cleaning supplies.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with south-facing access to the larch-wood balcony. The bedrooms are furnished with Swiss stone pine beds. The essential oils from the Swiss stone pine promote a restful sleep. The bathroom/toilet, featuring a spacious shower, a bathtub, and a double sink, is also located on the upper floor. The wide hallway leads to a “G’flack” / reading sofa in front of the window with a view of the mountains. The perfect place to relax!
In the basement, we’ve created a beautiful space for you with a modern infrared sauna and a cosy lounge area. Aromatherapy oil, sauna towels, and shoes are provided.
The south- and west-facing terraces are paved with large granite slabs. The garden area features a lovely spot that’s perfect for barbecuing. A gas grill is available. Deck chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and various seating options invite you to relax on the terrace or in the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, Bora range hood, fridge-freezer combo, oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher.
In the living area, you’ll find a cosy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and an internet radio. A bonus for allergy sufferers—the bedrooms and living room feature a decentralized ventilation system with appropriate filters.
If you’re visiting in the winter, there’s of course a heated area in the basement for your ski gear.
