Welcome to Sunset Cove, your oceanfront retreat at Rainbow Beach Club, set high on the limestone cliffs of Cupecoy on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. From this fourth-floor condo you look out over the turquoise Caribbean, with a private staircase leading down to one of the island's most secluded beaches and three resort pools just steps from your door.



Inside, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home blends easy island living with modern comfort. The open living and dining area opens to a breezy oceanview balcony, and stays cool thanks to central air conditioning controlled by smart Nest thermostats. The fully equipped kitchen — refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, plus full cookware and dishware — has everything you need to cook in. A Smart TV, board games, and an in-unit washer and dryer round out the comforts, and the second bedroom includes a standing desk for anyone mixing work with vacation.



Both bedrooms have a queen bed and a ceiling fan. The master has its own en-suite full bathroom; the second bedroom is served by a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom that also acts as the guest bath. The home comfortably sleeps four.



Step outside and the resort becomes your playground. Lounge by any of the three swimming pools surrounded by tropical gardens, or take the private staircase down to the sand and surf of Cupecoy Beach. Good to know: This is a 4th-floor condo served by both an elevator and stairs (step-free into and within the unit). The three pools and gardens are shared resort amenities; the on-site fitness center is privately operated (not included) and available to guests at a discounted rate. Beach access is via a staircase down the cliffside to the sand. There is a doorbell at the entrance, and there are no cameras inside the home. The quiet, residential setting is near the American University of the Caribbean, with lively Maho just around the corner.

As a guest of Rainbow Beach Club, you also have full use of the resort's shared amenities: three swimming pools, the tropical garden grounds, and the private staircase down to Cupecoy Beach. A privately operated fitness center is available on site at a discounted rate for Rainbow guests (not included). Covered parking is available on levels P1 and P2 of the secured garage, and the building is served by both an elevator and stairs, with step-free access into and throughout the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Rainbow Beach Club sits in the Lowlands of Dutch Sint Maarten, perched on the limestone cliffs above Cupecoy Beach — a string of secluded sandy coves known for calm water, sea-carved caves, and spectacular sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, anchored by the American University of the Caribbean and the shops and eateries of nearby Jordan Village, yet the lively Maho area is just around the corner. It's the best of both worlds: a peaceful oceanfront base within easy reach of the island's dining, nightlife, and beaches.



Getting Around:

A rental car is the easiest way to experience Sint Maarten / Saint-Martin — the island is small, and you can drive from the Dutch to the French side in under an hour. Roads are well traveled but can get busy near Simpson Bay and the airport, so allow extra time during peak hours. Taxis are plentiful but unmetered; agree on the fare before you set off. From Rainbow Beach Club you can reach most major beaches, restaurants, and attractions within 10–30 minutes by car.
