The 75 m² BOX 10 apartment with a loggia on the 2nd floor (upstairs) can accommodate up to 5 people. A hallway leads to the living-dining area with access to the loggia. The leather seating set, featuring a large sofa, two equally spacious armchairs, and a coffee table, is perfect for watching TV with the whole family and browsing the internet in comfort. Everyone can gather for meals together at the dining table in the living area or at the dining table in the kitchen area. The open-concept kitchen with a stylish kitchen counter is fully equipped. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the building and can be used (coin-operated). There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds and a closet. Both rooms have additional TVs. The bathroom, which has a window, features a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet. The total price includes one laundry package per person. For stays longer than one week, these laundry packages are free of charge. The loggia, furnished with garden furniture, offers an additional seating and dining area with a view of the sea! There is also a bike shed and a parking space on the property included.

The apartment is located in Büsum, just 300 metres from the beach! The town centre is also within easy reach. Here, cafés and restaurants invite you to linger. You can pick up daily necessities at the nearby supermarket. The train station is only 1.5 km away, so travelling by train is a viable option and definitely worth considering.
