Welcome to our light-filled, award-winning architect-designed home with a large garden, a pond (natural biotope), and 3 bedrooms. The spacious house (180 square metres) can accommodate 8–10 people and is a cosy retreat for your entire family. Located on the outskirts of town in a quiet setting with a view of the mountains, you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Take a look at the horses (the paddocks are within sight) and enjoy nature in a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. Hiking and biking trails are right nearby—starting right from the house—making this a paradise surrounded by nature. With a view of the large garden and its pond biotope, you’re guaranteed to unwind!<br>With 3 bedrooms and additional sleeping arrangements, the house offers plenty of space for your entire family or group of friends! <br>On the ground floor, there are 2 lockable bedrooms, and upstairs there is a large bedroom with a view of the stars (glass dome) that is not lockable. Additional sleeping arrangements are also available upstairs (sofa bed). Sofa beds are also available in the living room.<br>Even when it rains, you can enjoy nature right from the light-filled sunroom with a view of the pond and the mountains.<br>A garage and additional parking in front of the house are available.
