Welcome to our magical home. From the moment you arrive, you will be enchanted by nature's beauty. The views of The Atlantic and it's caressing salt filled breeze, makes every beautiful palm tree sway as if acknowledging and welcoming it's touch. The flowers and fruit trees, you can almost smell the blessed mineral rich soil. When we purchased this gem, we were so very surprised that a short walk away is a river and extraordinary waterfall with a deep swimming hole. We welcome you. Our unique 3 bed- 1 Queen, 1 King and a Double Futon home is equipped with a full kitchen and lovely ocean view pool. Full pool deck for sunbathing and relaxing. Washer Dryer, Cable TV. There are over 10 beaches to choose from furthest 20 min away.

Why they chose this property

We are in a private community up in the hills of Catalina in Cabrera, 5 minutes from town. The peace and quiet is truly wonderful considering we are so close to town. We just love it.

What makes this property unique

We are high up in the hills which gives us seclusion, privacy and the glorious ocean views. We are surrounded by tropical exotic foliage, like being in a botanical garden. Due to our wonderful high location the breeze is a constant with its salty caresses. This home is simply magical and a form of medicine, your soul will be calmed and still. Welcome to our home.
