The Ahlers 1 holiday rental on Norderney is located on Kreuzstraße, one of the oldest streets on the island. The apartment is right next to the beach. Thanks to its location, guests don’t necessarily need a bicycle. The apartment is on the ground floor.

The building houses two holiday apartments on the ground floor, with the larger one—Apartment 1—located at the rear. Spacious and well-laid-out, it accommodates four to five people and invites you to relax in its cosy atmosphere, featuring a spacious entryway that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area.

The apartment also features two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed and a pull-out double bed. A baby bed is also available (by reservation) and can be placed in either of the bedrooms.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, and two sinks.

One dog (no taller than knee height) is welcome. The dog park is located near the ferry terminal.

The tastefully decorated living room forms the heart of the apartment. It features a cosy sofa area. From here, you can step out into a well-maintained, landscaped courtyard measuring about 30 square metres. Outdoor furniture provides additional comfort.
