Andrea - Norderney

The "Andrea" holiday rental is located on the North Sea island of Norderney, right in the heart of the island. Thanks to this location, a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options are within walking distance—just a few steps away. The apartment itself is on the ground floor and features a balcony (in the style of a rooftop terrace, approx. 15 square metres). Access to the balcony is not at ground level. Please note, however, that barbecuing on the balcony is not permitted.

The interior design emphasises a bright and practical layout. The kitchenette, which is situated on a raised platform, is equipped with a microwave that includes a baking function. A bicycle storage room is available for all guests in the building. The fold-out beds, which can be neatly stowed away during the day, ensure plenty of space to move around inside the apartment. A washing machine (shared, for a fee) is available in the building. Wi-Fi is also available. This small holiday apartment is ideal for 1–2 people. The beach is approximately 500 metres away.
