Perfekte Lage (Innenstadt und Promenade super fußläufig erreichbar; Auto direkt gegenüber auf Park..
Perfekte Lage (Innenstadt und Promenade super fußläufig erreichbar; Auto direkt gegenüber auf Parkplatz B abgestellt...nur ein paar Meter laufen), bestens ausgestattete Wohnung (mit Aufzug !) und alles sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Gastronomie gibt es ebenfalls reichlich in der Innenstadt.
Können wir nur empfehlen. Klar, die Wohnung ist recht teuer (aber halt Norderneyer Preise und soweit okay + akzeptabel). Der Kontakt mit der Zimmervermietung war auch bestens.

Die Wohnung ist architektonisch sehr ausgewogen gestaltet. Möblierung, Farbwahl und Materialien sind harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt. Die technische Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, gilt für Küche,Unterhaltungselektronik und Belüftung.
Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auch die Nähe zum Kurpark und Weststrand, zum Omnibusbahnhof sowie zum ParkplatzB fanden wir vorteilhaft.
