Super ausgestattete FeWo, tolle Lage

Super ausgestattete FeWo mit einer tollen Lage, sehr hübsche Anlage inkl. kleinem Spielplatz, Parkplatz direkt auf dem Hof, das Bett könnte nur mal neue Matratzen/Topper vertragen

Sehr erholsam gewesen

Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr sauber, kleiner Balkon, 2 Stühle. Für 4 Personen wäre die Wohnung zu klein. Nur 3 Stühle am Esstisch. Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, sollte auch berücksichtigt werden.

Nett aber sehr hellhörig

Sehr hilfreiche Informationen im Vorfeld. Freundlicher und professioneller Check-In- und Check-Out-Vorgang. Sehr zentrale Lage. Sauber und ordentlich. Vollständig ausgestattet. Matratzen: na ja. Insgesamt positiv. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings war die Wohnung sehr, sehr hellhörig. Man konnte bis spät in die Nacht Gespräche, Fernsehen und (nicht mal extremes) Schnarchen der Nachbarn hören.

Nette zentrale Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer liegen zum ruhigen Hof. Super war auch der Parkplatz im Hof. Die Sauberkeit war jedoch nicht optimal. So war das Waschbecken und der der Spiegel im Bad nicht ordentlich sauber und an manchen Tellern und Töpfen klebten noch Essensresten. Der Empfang/Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Apartment

Die Lage ist super, kurze Wege zum Meer und allen örtlichen Begebenheiten. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist auch gut zugänglich. Das Apartment liegt im 3. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl, ich denke im Sommer ist es hier doch recht warm. Die Ausstattung ist gut, bequemes Bett, Küche gut eingerichtet, Bad ebenso. Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt ist das unbequeme Sofa. Dort kann man nicht gemütlich einen Tag verbringen,wenn das Wetter schlecht ist.

Das Objekt liegt super zentral und dicht zum Strand. Parkplätze direkt am Haus und beste Organisation mit der Rezeption.

Erfahrung mit der ferienwohnung

Es fehlte die Bezeichnung „ohne aufzug“.da ich knieprobleme hatte, war es recht mühsam,in den dritten stock zu gelangen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr hübsch und komplett eingerichtet.

Zu empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Für uns (2 Erwachsene & ein Säugling) war die Wohnung von der Größe her auch völlig ausreichend.

Entspannte Herbsttage an der Ostsee

Wir hatten zu zweit eine super angenehme Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da - von der Gabel bis zu DVD‘s. Wir hatten insoweit nix auszusetzen und kommen bestimmt gern mal wieder.

Strandjuwel Kühlungsborn

Diese FeWo war fantastisch gelegen,top Ausstattung & Einrichtung.Wir hatten zwar kein schönes Urlaubswetter,aber über das Reisebüro im Haus konnten wir bequem schöne Ausflugstrips buchen ohne erst lange umherzufahren. Also wir können diesen Anbieter nur empfehlen

Top Wohnung mit super Lage

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in der toll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung erlebt. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die quirlige Strandstraße mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc. direkt vor der Tür, die Wohnung liegt dennoch ruhig auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Ein kurzer Fußweg zur Seebrücke und zum Yachthafen, kurzum perfekte Lage. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne saubere Wohnung

Hallo Wir hatten eine schöne saubere Wohnung.(227) Zu bemängeln ist nur die nicht sehr bequeme Sitzgruppe bzw Korbstühle) Kommen nun seit 15Jahren. Und gerne immer wieder wenn möglich in die FW 224 Die Aussenfasade kommt nun langsam in die Jahre. m.f.G.
