The house has been recently restored, furnished with rustic furniture. It is ideal for a holiday in a authentichen environment. It is particularly suitable for those who want to experience life in the country, without sacrificing the creature comforts.

TAKALA - House for 4 people, 60 m2, two floors. On the ground floor: living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathromm. On the first floor: two double bedrooms and a bathroom. At the request of the guests, a cot can be provided.
There is also a parking, a terrace about 30 m2 with a dining table, deck chairs and a barbecue. The house has two air conditioners (ground floor and first floor).

It is located in the small village of Rakalj, on a hill not far from the eastern coast. From here you have a beautiful panorama of the valley of the river Raša and the myriad fields, usually with Sable and straw flower bedeekt.

In Rakalj you can enjoy tranquility, sea and sun, go fishing, far from all sorts of noise. The small stored beaches, just 1.5 km from the village, offering freedom and privacy. The undiscovered and attractive coast of Rakalj abuts steeply into the clean and deep Adriatic Sea. This coastal area is dominated by green peninsulas and bays which coast offers a priceless view of the blue horizon extends. One can enjoy the outdoors, thanks to the many bike paths, and the numerous footpaths. Evenings can verbrigen beside the fire prasselden the open fireplace.

Perfect accommodation for couples

We really enjoyed our stay in this nice little cottage. The house is very lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful seating possibilities around the house, the wood fireplace for cooler days and the comfortable couch.Ms Milohanic is a very courteous host who takes care of all concerns very promptly.

Schönes Häuschen

Wir waren zwei heiße wochen in Rakalj. Sehr nette und stets hilfsbereite Vermieterin, sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit Klimaanlage, die wir nachts auch genutzt haben. Tolle Aussenterrasse, wo wir uns morgens und abends hauptsächlich aufgehalten haben. Viele schöne kleine felsige Strände in der Nähe. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Uriges kleines Häuschen mit überdachtem Außenbereich

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Juni 2024 sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich, die Küche ist mit reichlich Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der überdachte Außensitzbereich mit Grill. Hier ist man vor Sonne und Regen geschützt und kann sich den ganzen Tag im Freien aufhalten. Die Umgebung ist reizend, fußläufige einfache Restaurants und ein gut sortierter Tante-Emma-Laden. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist kann man in ca 40 Minuten zum Strand wandern. Klare Empfehlung, Verbesserungsvorschlag: Außendusche ;o)

Alles wunderbar

Für drei Erwachsene hat das Haus die optimale Größe, es ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Buchten in der Nähe sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren gut organisiertund sehr hilfsbereit.

Entspannte Spätsommertage

das Häuschen war in 2ter Reihe zur Straße gut zu finden und wir wurden professionell empfangen. Das Haus selbst steht praktisch in einem Garten mit anderen Ferienhäuser die uns aber in keinster Weise gestört haben. Es ist wunderbat renoviert, bietet alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht, einschlieslich einer Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Die Straße vor den Häusern führt direkt zum Meer, welches ca 3,5 km entfehrnt ist. Das Wasser ist herrlich. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und können das Häuschen nur empfehlen!

Istrien pur

Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen, das liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen am Ortsrand mit eigenem Grundstück, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Familie ist sehr nett, alles war sehr sauber, man fühlt sich schnell zu Hause. Wir waren viel mit dem Mountainbike unterwegs und haben haben in vielen traumhaften Buchten gebadet, die zu Fuß, oft mit dem Bike, manche gar mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Ein Ausflug nach Pula ist mit dem Auto in 35 Minuten möglich. Gratulation an die Vermieter, was die aus diesem Häuschen gemacht haben, ist eine Sensation.

Es waren tolle 14 Urlaubstage in einem sehr gut, liebevoll und authentisch engerichteten Haus. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die 2 km zum Strand sind wohl als Luftlinie gemeint, war aber nicht schlimm. Insgesamt: unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!

Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft. Das Steinhaus ist sehr stilvoll von außen und innen gestaltet. Der Kamin sorgt bei kalten Tagen für eine angehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Häuschen

Sehr schönes, kleines Steinhaus in Rakalj einem Dorf in Istrien. Es ist äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet und man kann entspannt und ungestört an zwei Außentischen frühstücken oder abends ein Glas Wein trinken. Zu den Kieselstränden geht's ein paar Kilometer bergab und im Ort gibt es ein ziemlich gutes Restaurant sowie eine Pizzeria und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Nach Pula und Rovinj sind es ca 30 bzw. 40 Kilometer. Meine Frau und ich waren eine Woche hier, waren Fahrrad fahren, wandern und baden. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Empfehlenswert. 😎

Trotz verspäteter Anreise wurden wir auch nach Mitternacht noch herzlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus im istrischen Stil bietet alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Vom beschaulichen Ort Rakalj ist das Meer fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar, wo eine wunderschöne Bucht zum Baden einlädt.

Guter Ort zum Entspannen

Authentischer Kroatien Urlaub

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Istrisches Haus, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten des Alltages. Positiv war die Videoüberwachung des Grundstückes inklusive Parkplatz, allerdings schließ dies auch den Gartenbereich mit ein (was man eventuell als Störend empfinden könnte). Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder und würden es weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbar!

Das schöne, kleine Steinhaus liegt mit weiteren Ferienhäusern auf einem gepflegten Grundstück in Rakalj, einem kleinen Dorf unweit des Meeres. Das Haus hat eine tolle Außenküche mit Grill, einen Kamin und ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberfamilie war herzlich und toll, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Zu den nächsten Stränden und Buchten sind es maximal 2 Kilometer, Tagesausflüge zu den beliebten Orten und Sehenswürdigkeiten Istriens in max. 50 Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in sehr schönem Haus

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme, über den Check-in bis hin zum Abreisetag war es ein sehr angenehmer Ablauf. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, kümmern sich um alles und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus und der Garten istnsehr schön, ruhig gelegen und sehr gut gepflegt. Ich habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen und mich wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung und die Stände sind wundervoll. Sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll restauriertes Haus, schöne Bäder, gut ausgestattete Küche - alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Vermieter haben immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und uns sehr nett empfangen. Ideales Haus für zwei Paare oder Familie mit kleineren Kindern - unseren beiden Teenagern war das Doppelbett ein bisschen zu klein - wobei wir die Maße aus der Hausbeschreibung vorher kannten und deshalb nicht klagen wollen...

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Haus Takala verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit den vielen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten vor und neben dem Haus findet man auch bei hohen Temperaturen immer ein Schattenplätzchen. Obwohl hier drei Ferienhäuser auf einem Grundstück stehen, hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Es gibt nicht weit vom Haus kleine einsame Buchten, die zum Schwimmen einladen. Sehr empfehlen können wir auch das Restaurant "Da Rocco" im Nachbarort. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war vor und während des Urlaubs sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns bei unserem ersten Urlaub in Istrien rundherum wohl gefühlt!

Haus Takala, ein Traum

Das Haus Takala ist ein Traum. Ein kleines Häuschen, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Rakalj liegt abseits der Touristen Hot Spots. Zum Strand sind es knappe 2 Kilometer. Es gibt eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, in der an alles gedacht wurde. Wir haben die Outdoorküche mit der urigen Terasse geliebt und sehr gerne genutzt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern lief problemlos, wir würden herzlich empfangen. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Haus Takala nur weiterempfehlen. Danke, für die tolle Zeit.

Kleine Perle

Dieses Haus ist einfach wunderschön! Wir hatten zu viert eine tolle Woche. Der Garten bietet verschiedene Möglichkeiten für Sonnenhungrige und Schattenliebhaber. Die Außenküche und die Grillstelle sind super, überhaupt ist in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man für die Selbstversorgung braucht. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (wir haben uns vorher im Netz vieles angesehen, das Haus ist wirklich besonders, wenn man es eher ursprünglicher mag). Es war während unseres Aufenthaltes teilweise unglaublich heiß, die Klimaanlage hat da sehr geholfen. Ein kleiner Laden mit allem, was man braucht, ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren so nett, für die Erstversorgung Getränke kalt zu stellen - Danke dafür und für die schöne Zeit!
