Abgeschirmter Sitzplatz zu Nachbargrundstücken durch Holzzaun, Schlafgelegenheiten wahlweise unterm Spitzdach oder Sofa. Zum Bodden, Spiel- und Sportplatz und Hafen 200m, Restaurants fußläufig, zur Darßer Arche 500m.
