Great house conveniently located near the landline/tunnel vision trail access off of Chelsea Rd. You can just ride from the house to get on the MTB trails. House is fully stocked with everything you could need! Including a bike wash station and kit. Beds are very comfortable and house was very clean.

We designed the house with mountain bikers in mind, so it’s great to hear that the bike wash and other rider-focused amenities came in handy. We also really appreciate the comments about the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and well-stocked house. Our goal with Ozark Calling is to provide a comfortable, convenient basecamp where guests can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying everything Bella Vista and Northwest Arkansas have to offer.
