Two parking spaces are available free of charge. The vacation rental features a balcony with patio furniture and an awning for 4 people, plus 2 folding chairs. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. The entrance leads to a staircase and hallway with a coat rack and storage space, followed by a large combined living and dining room with a Smart TV and sofa set, a dining area, a reading nook, and a daybed with 2 mattresses for additional sleeping space. The kitchen features a seating area, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, and a Philips Senseo coffee pod machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed, closet, and luggage rack; another bedroom with a double bed, dresser, luggage rack, and TV; and two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. A crib, high chair, and washing machine are provided. All bedrooms have exterior blinds. Use of the grill on the first floor is permitted upon consultation with the landlord. Bedding is included in the price. Guests must make up the beds themselves upon arrival.

Just a 30-minute drive from the East Frisian North Sea coast and the Wadden Sea National Park. A 5-minute drive from the “Großes Meer” vacation area; hiking, biking, water skiing, go-karting, a bouldering gym, the Aurich Energy Experience Center, a petting zoo, and much more are all in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket, bakery, and ATM, among other amenities, are all within easy walking distance.
