If you like to combine old and new, if you prefer a central location with a peaceful, romantic atmosphere, we offer a very bright, beautiful duplex at 80 m2, in the heart of Budapest. The apartment was built in 2010, is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic Andrassy Avenue with the Opera, the octagon on the Grand Boulevard and the popular Franz Liszt Square with its unique ambience and its various bars and restaurants. The Szechenyi Bath, Europe's largest bath complex is also only a few metro stops. The apartment is located on Fußdistanz to Westbahnhof where other nearby towns can be reached quickly. The Szondi Apartment is ideal for those who want to explore Budapest seeking historic ambience with good transport connection and want to experience the hustle and café life in the city from the immediate vicinity.

The duplex apartment is located on the top floor of a beautifully renovated historic Wohnauses with elevator, and offers all the conveniences for ideally 2-4, max. but also for 6 persons. It is divided on two floors, with the upper floor also has a small terrace. The apartment is very well and comfortably furnished, with fridge, freezer, oven, induction plate, dishwasher, kettle, dishes, pots, washing machine, hairdryer, CD player, air conditioning, 3D LCD satellite TV, free Internet (WiFi)

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and easy to navigate. Excellent communication with the host, who has thoughtfully equipped the space with everything you may need during your stay. This comfortable apartment was a perfect 8-day home for our party (three 70+ friends of different genders). We liked having two toilets separate from the bath, and the kitchen was remarkably well equipped— even a teapot for Irish/Scottish oldies! But we didn’t cook much, as the neighbourhood offered wonderful restaurants and cafes, as well as convenient public transport options taking us anywhere we wanted to go. It’s a fabulous place to stay, with a charming, helpful hostess.

This property was in a great location, close to all of the attractions, cafes and restaurants we wanted to visit. It was also very clean and well-maintained. The owner was responsive and helpful, and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was located in a central location nearby Oktogon and Nyugati Station and walking distance to tram 4 and 6, which runs 24/7. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property. We had a lovely stay in this flat and the host was prompt in responding to our questions. Great location as it’s just a 10 minute walk to the Nyugati train station for international trains. FYI - the flat has 2 half baths and 1 bath w/ a tub & a vanity sink, so no full bath. Thanks.

Wonderful location to explore Budapest

Exactly as billed, with great communication from Maria. Loved the airy feel, comfortable bed and windows upstairs that opened. Incredibly well -equipped kitchen. And out the door, Pest was right there — Parliament, Jewish Quarter, the main shopping streets. (And we found the Bolt taxis wonderfully efficient, often arriving within 1-2 minutes.) We will be back the next time we visit Budapest. Matt and Kim.

Spring Break in Budapest

This apartment was perfect for a family of four. Two bathrooms were wonderful and having a functional kitchen was perfect. We found the location in the city to be excellent. Near two metro stations that we used quite a bit and one of the major train stations. Still within reasonable walking distance to Parliament and the Basilica. Would highly recommend for a mobile, active family who doesn't mind a bit of walking or stairs. Loved the Cosy Cafe across the street and also Indigo Indian a few blocks away. Great from start to finish!
