Welcome to the stylish Knus townhouse in Dornum—the perfect accommodation for families, couples, and dog owners looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway by the North Sea. Built in 2023, this modern townhouse offers 85 m² of space for up to 4 people and warmly welcomes dogs as well.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with a cosy sofa, a large TV, and a dining area. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for shared meals. The ground floor also features a guest bathroom and an utility room with additional storage space.

Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed and a TV, as well as another bedroom with two single box-spring beds. The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet provides additional comfort.

The covered patio with patio furniture and a parasol invites you to relax outdoors. A small garden and a separate bike storage room are also available.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einem eingezäunten Garten, der sich gut für kleine bis mittelgroße Hunde eignet. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Dornum ist schön ruhig, für Selbstverpfleger sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Geräte machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Es sind sogar eine Waschmaschine, ein Grill und zwei Fahrräder vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Dass man seine Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen muß, finden wir angesichts des Preises etwas kleinlich, aber das wars auch schon mit Kritikpunkten. Dornum liegt rel. zentral ca 10 km vor der Küste, will man Ausflüge auf die Inseln machen (sehr zu empfehlen) bieten sich die Häfen von Norddeich, Neßmersiel und Bensersiel an, welche mit dem Auto jeweils in ca 20 min zu erreichen sind. Schöne Hundestrände gibt es in Neßmersiel, Norddeich und Baltrum Unterm Strich bleibt ein sehr schöner, perfekter Urlaub an der Nordsee in einer schönen Ferienwohnung, die den hohen Preis durchaus wert ist.

Es war alles Bestens und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief komplikati..

Es war alles Bestens und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief komplikationslos und sehr freundlich. Sogar Willkommensgeschenke für Mensch und Hund gab es. Auch im Ferienhaus wurden wir mit selbstgemachter Marmelade und Kaffee empfangen. Wir haben uns über all dies sehr gefreut. Im Haus war alles liebevoll und komplett neu eingerichtet, so dass man sich nur wohl fühlen konnte. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und fanden Dornum als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten in der Nähe perfekt. Bäcker und Lebensmittelmärkte in direkter Umgebung, was will man mehr. Leider war unsere Zeit zu kurz, daher kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder zu Knus zurück. Beste Grüße
