Wochenen Ausflug

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer fantastischen Ausgangslage.Ich bin immer wieder erstaunt, was diese Gegend doch für Möglichkeiten bietet, auch wenn man eigentlich nicht weit weg wohnt.

Unser Sohn mit Frau, Söhnchen und Schwiegermutter war in dem wunderbaren Appartement einquartiert und alle fanden es sehr schön, komfortabel und angenehm! Sarah ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselbox ist hervorragend. Danke an Sarah!

Wir waren auf einer Hochzeit beim Schloss Diersfordt und brauchten eine Unterkunft in der Naehe. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Es gibt auch eine schoene Terrasse die wir leider nicht so nutzen konnten wegen dem Wetter. Ein kleiner Spielplatz ist 50m entfernt was super ist wenn man Kindern reist. Zu Fuss konnte man auch den naechsten Supermarkt oder Baecker leicht erreichen. Auf Anfrage das wir noch ein paar Tage laenger bleiben koennen wurde sofort drauf eingegangen und war auch moeglich! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Mangel an Hilfsbereitschaft und Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeberin / Whg ging so

Whg sauber aber hellhörig. Roch sehr nach Hund. Gesamtbalkon leider für alle oberen Mieter komplett durchgängig (Hunde können so nicht getrennt gehalten werden, Privatsphäre?). No-Go: Gastgeberin Sarah war Std. nicht erreichbar (nicht per Anruf,Whats-App,Mailbox)! Nach schriftl. Hinweis schon mittags auf wahrsch. defekt. Lüfter des Kühlschrankes, der total laute Geräusche von sich gab, antwortete sie erst abends: ihr sei das Problem nicht bekannt, ich sollte viell. die Temperatur runter drehen? Kein Verständnis oder es tut ihr leid. Das hatte ich schon längst probiert. Ich schrieb nochmals ausführlich! Sie antwortete nicht! Um das laute Geräusch zu übertönen lief der TV durchgehend obwohl ich Ruhe wollte! Nächst. Morgen schrieb ich erneut. Erst ca. 13 Uhr Antwort: das Problem hätte sie zuvor noch nicht gehabt, sie denkt es hört nach dem Temperaturausgleich auf. Ernsthaft? Der war doch alle 30-40 Min. Wieder kein Sorry, keine Hilfsbereitschaft. Erst als Fewo sich einschaltete reagierte Sarah blitzartig (nicht verständnisvoll sondern eher unhöflich): Gewisse Dezibel beeinträchtigen nicht die Wohnqualität, anderer Mieter hätte sich sonst schon gemeldet wenn extrem laute Geräusche aus der Whg kämen, ich könnte Kühlschrank ja ausschalten, TV könnte ruhig laufen aber nicht die anderen Mieter stören! es täte ihr leid daß ich so Geräuschempfindlich sei. Mit Erreichbarkeit + Hilfsbereitschaft wäre Sarah weiter gekommen. Leider fehlte das bei ihr komplett.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Eine Vorschlag sei erlaubt. Es wäre schön, wenn zwischen dem anderen und unserem Balkon eine Trennung des Balkons möglich wär, damit die evtl. mitgebrachten Haustiere auch auf ihrer Seite bleiben können.

Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war neu und wirklich sauber. Um diverse Kleinigkeiten haben sich die Vermieter umgehend gekümmert. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben super geschlafen, da es sehr ruhig war. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir können sowohl die Ferienwohnung als auch die Gegend um Wesel nur wärmstens empfehlen.
