Welcome to your home away from home in Bryan, TX! This charming 2-story house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and an open-concept living space perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy a modern kitchen, cozy bedrooms upstairs, and a small private covered patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Conveniently located, it’s perfect for families, graduation, game weekends, Expo Center events, or business trips! Whether you’re here for a few days or longer, we hope you enjoy your stay!

Welcome to the Aggie-Wildcat VRBO. We hope you enjoy your stay here, however long that may be. Aggie-Wildcat is named after both of our alma maters. Rachel is a proud Aggie, and I’m a proud Wildcat (Kentucky… not one of those fake cat schools). We know not everyone staying here is an Aggie, and likely not a Kentucky fan, but we kindly ask you not to hold that against us. We met at a bar here in College Station, which would sound much more romantic if it weren’t for the help of technology and a dating app. Since then, we’ve built a life here and are now a family of five: Ben, Rachel, our little human, and our two dogs. Hallmark still hasn’t called about turning our story into a movie, but we remain hopeful. This note isn’t meant to make you feel obligated to do anything extra, we just wanted to share a little bit about us since you chose our place over so many others. This was our first home, and while our family eventually needed something different, we genuinely love this house and hope you do too, no matter the length of your stay.
