Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that you felt as though you were being monitored during your stay, as that was certainly never our intention.
I would genuinely appreciate knowing what made you feel that way. The property only has a doorbell camera located outside at the front entrance, and we do not monitor it during a guest’s stay unless there is an issue with accessing the home or the guest contacts us for assistance. There are absolutely no cameras or monitoring devices inside the home.
I’m glad to hear that the accommodations met your needs, especially during such a difficult time for your family. I sincerely regret that you were left with that impression, and I wish you and your family all the best in the future.

Wyatt, the condition of our home after your stay was unacceptable. You and your group left a substantial mess, smoked inside despite our no-smoking rule, and damaged the wall. The furniture was left with a strong smoke odor, requiring additional cleaning and deodorizing.
This showed a serious lack of respect for our home and house rules. You and your group are not welcome to stay at our property again.
