Guests have access to the whole house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining/work areas, laundry room, and available outdoor spaces. Guests do not have access to the garage or upstairs attic. Please make yourself at home and treat the space with care.

Please note: Holly House is designed for guests looking for a clean, calm, and comfortable stay. To help maintain the home for all guests, we do not allow pets, smoking, vaping, marijuana, parties, or events. Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back entrances for safety. Guests do not have access to the garage or upstairs attic. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
