Before checking out please remove all bed linens that were used and place on the floor to get cleaned and sanitized. Please wash dishes in the dishwasher or sink (pods under the kitchen sink).
Remove food and drinks from the refrigerator, empty trash cans and place trash bags in the receptacle on the back yard.
Please make sure all the doors are closed and locked and lights are turn off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any violation to the house rules will result in cancellation with no refund and eviction quiet hours implemented by the city which is 10:00pm - 8:00am
Please respect check-in and check-out times: Check-in and Check-out 11am Any kind of smoking, including weed, cigars, or vaping, is strictly prohibit
