A fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area awaits you, where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals. The open kitchen flows into a comfortable living area with direct access to the terrace, where you’ll find cosy chairs and a table for relaxing. The living area features a smart TV, a digital radio, and a sofa bed (120x200), providing sleeping accommodation for 3+4 guests. Striking photo wallpaper in the living room and bedroom gives this apartment its unique charm. The floors in the bathroom, kitchen, and living area are covered with high-quality stone tiles and feature underfloor heating. Thanks to an integrated ventilation system, the indoor climate is always pleasant. In the shared utility room, a washing machine, dryer, sink, cordless vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and mineral water are available free of charge.The holiday apartments are rented exclusively for tourist purposes. Accommodating workers or using the apartments for commercial purposes is only permitted by prior arrangement. The apartments are rented to a maximum of 1 to 2 people per apartment, also subject to prior agreement. For longer stays, a weekly cleaning service is provided according to the current terms and conditions.
