Nearby attractions: Camp Nou 900 m, Passeig de Gracia 4.2 km, Sagrada Familia 5 km, Plaça Catalunya 4.2 km, Arc del Triomf 5.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
