Lower level home is just as described: clean. Everything we needed for a great stay. Did not cook, but seemed to have everything needed to do so. Host, Josh, was very friendly and accommodating. Home is in a good location of shops and restaurants. Would stay here again, if in this area.

Stayed for 5 nights. The beds were so comfy and the pillows. Great shower and big fluffy towels. Full size appliances so great if you are cooking own meals. We found it great for our needs and at a good price. Close to all kinds of shopping and groceries. Josh, the host, was very nice and check it was a breeze. Will stay again when we visit family next time.

Overall we had a pleasant stay at Joshua’s property. The place looks just like listing photos, the apartment is clean and located in a quiet neighborhood and so surrounded by tons of commercial store. Only one downside is the apartment has very poor soundproof, we can easily hear upstairs walking, showering, doing dishes, or even singing in shower. Other than that we are happy with our stay.

We stayed here to attend a nearby convention. The place was very clean and matched the description and photos. The beds were perfectly comfortable. There was a very strong smell of perfumed air freshener that was off-putting and g caused some allergy issues, so we opened all of the windows. The kitchen could use some updated cookware - the pots and pans have badly scratched up teflon. (We went to nearby Walmart and picked up non-teflon cookware.) We never needed to communicate directly with the host, but I assume they would have responded right away.

This seems to be a new listing which typically do come with some hiccups. The good/need to know info first. The light switch for the kitchen, which is what you step into immediately from the external door, is hidden behind the refrigerator. There are no kitchen or pantry essentials (salt container empty, no oil, no starter coffee/creamer/sugar) so while there is a full kitchen, be prepared to bring everything you may want. There is a pitcher for filtered water in the fridge, nothing else. The property is the daylight basement of a house. Couldn't tell that from the photos provided. Not a big deal except the owner upstairs arose at 4:30 a.m. and showered above our heads as we lay sleeping. The noise to contend with isn't from the street, it is from inhabitants above. The flat was very clean and felt like new remodeling was just completed. The bed was very comfortable memory foam.We were unlucky in that when we arrived, the owner was working with an electrician to fix an undefined problem. We had to stay up past 11 pm so they could access the electrical panel in our living space. That might not sound difficult, but we drove 6.5 hours to get there and were exhausted with an early morning event the next day. This situation shouldn't happen to anyone else, but it did show the need for patience with this newer property.
