Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Apartment. Es fehlte uns an nichts.

Das Apartment war super, nur es war nicht dort, wo es im Lageplan von FeWo angegeben war. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr getrübt. Das Apartment war nicht wie angegeben auf der kleinen Insel, also zentral mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe, sondern lag außerhalb von Malchow am Segelhafen. Es gab ein Restaurant in der Nähe, aber um zu anderen Restaurants zu kommen, musste man ca. 2 km laufen. Selbst zum Bäcker oder sonstigen Läden, waren es 1,5 km. Wir wollten aber zentral wohnen und haben das Apartment wegen seiner angeblichen Lage gebucht. Leider hat die Agentur, nach telefonischer Rücksprache auch keine Lösung angeboten.

Gute Ferienunterkunft mit einigen Mängeln

Die Ankunft hat sich schwierig gestaltet. Es war niemand vor Ort. Wir hätten einen Code für den Schlüsseltresor erhalten sollen. Wir mussten dann aber im Büro von K&K Verwaltung den fälligen Restbetrag begleichen. Wir waren sehr überrascht, da wir doch bei der Buchung über FeWo direkt die Kreditkartendaten angegeben haben. Die Firma akzeptiert keine Kreditkarten! Auch die Maestro-Karte einer Schweizer Bank funktionierte nicht. Wir mussten zum Geldautomaten fahren, um uns Bargeld zu beschaffen. Wir waren wohl die ersten Bewohner nach der Teilrenovation. Es war alles blitzblank sauber. Den Geschirrspüler mussten wir noch fertig auspacken, An Porzellan und Messern mussten wir noch Etiketten entfernen und spülen.
