Following a few less-than-flattering reviews, this apartment underwent a complete renovation in the spring of 2025.

Our Kauke holiday apartment features: Living & dining area: large dining table with four chairs, two comfortable leather sofas, flat-screen TV.
Kitchenette: Fully equipped, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven with microwave, ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, toaster, egg cooker, various cooking utensils, ample dishes and glasses.
The 1st bedroom: Sleeps 2 in a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with separate mattresses, large closet with ample storage space, large window with blackout blind, travel cot.
The second bedroom: Sleeps 2 in two single beds, each 90 x 200 cm; large closet with ample storage space; two skylights with blackout blinds (Velux)
The bathroom: Shower & toilet, sink, hair dryer, and ample counter space,
The balcony: 4 chairs and a table, privacy and sun protection, southeast-facing

The local tourist tax will be added and charged separately after booking. There’s plenty to discover in Norden-Norddeich and the surrounding area. Visit the seal sanctuary, the Waloseum, the East Frisian Tea Museum, or one of our traditional windmills.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, auch die Lage.Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers ließetwas zu wünschen übrig. Der WC Sitz war locker und die Lüftung funktionierte nicht.Nord Apart, der zuständige Vermittler, ist weder vor Reiseantritt noch während der Reise telefonisch oder per Email erreichbar. Wir erhielten keine Antwort. Vor der Teise hatte ich Fragen, die nicht beantwortet wurden. Die Email mit den aufgezeigten Mängeln im Bad wurde nicht beantwortet, die Mängel nicht behoben.

Es ist in der Tat selten, dass wir in einer Bewertung negativ erwähnt werden. Umso mehr haben wir Ihren Fall mit besonderer Aufmerksamkeit geprüft. Zuerst möchten wir uns aufrichtig für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen. Dies entspricht nicht dem Standard, den wir uns für gesetzt haben. Was unsere Erreichbarkeit betrifft, können wir dies leider nicht ganz nachvollziehen, da wir in der Regel rund um die Uhr für unsere Gäste erreichbar sind. Antworten auf Mails erhalten unsere Gäste und Vermieter in der Regel innerhalb weniger Stunden. Leider haben wir keine telefonischen Nachrichten von Ihnen erhalten, was aber nochmals geprüft wird, damit wir Fehler in der Telefonanlage ausschließen können. Gerne hätten wir umgehend eine Nachreinigung sowie eine Reparatur organisiert. Ihre Buchung war vom 11. bis 18. Oktober und Ihre E-Mail erreichte uns am 21. Oktober um 9:21 Uhr. Können Sie hier gegebenenfalls prüfen, ob der Fehler hier bei Ihrem Mailprovider liegen könnte? Unsere Antwort mit der Bitte um eine Rückrufnummer erfolgte am gleichen Tag um 13:36 Uhr. Es tut uns leid, wenn in diesem Prozess etwas schiefgelaufen sein sollte. Norddeich ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Die Wohnung war eigentlich schön.Das Badezimmer war in allen Ecken und an allen Kanten sehr schmutzig. Im Wohnzimmer auch teilweise. Eingerichtet war die Wohnung gut, sodass man sich wohlfühlen könnte. Die Lage der Wohnung war super.

Der Aufenthalt war gut

In einem der Schlafzimmer waren beide Rollos über den Betten kaputt. Das hätte das Reinigungsteam auch sehen müssen. Das war als Einziges negativ.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus war schön und recht sauber, liegt nahe am Strand und der Einkaufsstraße. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt. Die Rollos im Kinderzimmer könnten mal erneuert werden, aber sonst, alles bestens.

entspannte Auszeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich ein Hinweis auf das defekte Verdunkelungsrollo im Kinderzimmer wäre vorher schön gewesen. Nichts desto trotz eine sehr schöne Wohnung in der man alles hat, was man im Urlaub braucht.
