Welcome to our cozy, family accommodation. The apartment was newly built in 2022 and completed in 2023.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area, but you are still in the immediate vicinity of the city center of Toelz ( 10 minutes walk ).
Leisure activities, such as ski resorts and lakes are easily accessible by car or public transport.
Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the accommodation.
The accommodation
The apartment is located on the second floor with a beautiful view of the greenery.
An outside staircase, behind the house, leads up to the entrance of the spacious attic apartment, which has a beautiful open wooden roof truss.
The large balcony doors flood the apartment generously with daylight.

There is a bathroom in the apartment, with walk-in rain shower. Towels (one small, one large per person) and a floor towel are provided before your stay.
The box spring bed, in the bedroom, has bed linen with cover.
A spacious wooden wardrobe, with hangers, is available.

in the living room there is a couch, a table with four chairs and a kitchen equipped as follows:
Refrigerator with integrated freezer, induction stove with oven, hood, sink, work surface,
coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender,
Pots, pan, baking utensils, cooking utensils, bowls,

The apartment has a south-facing balcony, with views of the city and mountains, and a west-facing roof terrace, with a sitting lounge with views of nature.
