The picturesque seaside and artists’ village of Ahrenshoop on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst Peninsula holds a unique charm. In an absolutely quiet location near the dune forest, this holiday home—built in 2011—awaits you with 88 square metres of living space and an approximately 500-square-meter garden for recreational use. The sandy beach is just under a ten-minute walk away. Restaurants and shopping are easily accessible by bike or a short walk.
The living room, located on the ground floor, is bathed in natural light and features a cosy seating area by the wood-burning stove as well as direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchenette with a large dining table offers enough space for 4–6 people. On the loft, accessible via a steep ladder, there is sleeping space for 2 people (2 single beds, each 90 cm wide).
An initial supply of bed linens and towels is included.
An additional cleaning fee will be charged if you bring your pet.
During seasons B and C, as well as from December 20 through January 6, electricity is billed based on consumption.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house.
There is one parking space on the property. Storage space for 2 bicycles is available.
