Sehr schöne Wohnung. Tolle AtmosphĂ€re. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.Sehr „urig“ und gemĂŒtlich. Die nahe Durchfahrtsstraße kann evtl. An schönen Sommertagen leicht stören. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt - Aber trotzdem 5 Sterne:Die SchlĂŒsselbox an einem zweiten Standort ca. 6-7-8 Minuten entfernt nervt
. Schöner wĂ€re wenn dies am Objekt wĂ€re. Tolles Haus und super uriger flair.

Eine wunderschöne, originelle und idyllische Fewo fĂŒr zwei Personen. Wir waren ĂŒber 2 Wochen dort und haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der BĂ€cker in Oberschönau war fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar; Berchtesgaden haben wir schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, lĂ€ndlich und die Mittags und Abendsonne beschert schöne Stunden auf dem Balkon mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Watzmann. Viele Startpunkte zum wandern liegen max. 30min mit dem Auto entfernt und Österreich ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.

Die FeWo ist fĂŒr 2 Personen völligst ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Man hat eigentlich alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fĂŒhlen. Die Lage ist gut, unmittelbar in der NĂ€he gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und ein kleines CafĂ©. Zum nĂ€chsten BĂ€cker sind es 15min und nach Berchtesgaden ca.20min zu Fuß. Gut war auch der dazugehörige Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Auch wenn die FeWo in einer mehrparteien Wohnlage ist,so war es doch sehr ruhig.

Wunderschöne Lage und Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben uns eine Woche lang sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefĂŒhlt. Alle Ausflugsziele sind leicht zu erreichen. Und frĂŒhstĂŒcken mit Blick auf den Watzmann ist schon toll. In der Wohnung ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Kleine Reparaturen am Balkontisch und Fenster wurden umgehend (am Sonntag!) erledigt. Vielleicht sollten die Teppiche sowie Sessel- und Couchbezug mal aufgefrischt werden. Aber die Tiefgarage ist jedenfalls ein zusĂ€tzlicher Pluspunkt, auch wenn der Platz sehr eng einzuparken ist. Alles zusammen: die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!
