Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und auch die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Nur leider war die komplette Ferienwohnung sehr feucht, da das Badezimmer kein Fenster hat und der Abzug im Badezimmer sehr schwach ist, zieht die ganze Feuchtigkeit in die Wohnung. ( Beschichtungen von Schränken lösen sich). Für Menschen mit Atemwegserkrankungen nicht zu empfehlen. Mein Mann mit Asthma und COPD war in der Zeit gesundheitlich sehr angeschlagen.

Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Geschirrtuch, Lappen, Spülmittel, Topflappen alles da. Toilettenpapier im Badezimmer. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Für uns Dorfmenschen war das Gebäude schon ein Hochhaus. Aber okay. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Wir konnten das Appartment nicht so einfach finden. Bes. für Gäste die zum ersten Mal kommen, wären Hinweise im Gebäude praktisch. Auch könnte der Name "Dünenrose" an der Wohnungstür stehen. Wir mussten bei Nachbarn klopfen.

Positiv: Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Gemütliche, große Sitzecke, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, entgegen ersten Zweifeln bequeme Betten. Schöner großer Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln. Parkplatz, Fahrradständer, trotz Mutter-Kur-Kurhaus sehr ruhige Lage Negativ: Ohne Hilfe eines zufällig vorbeikommenden Hausbewohners, hätten wir unsere Fewo nicht gefunden in diesem eigenartig verwinkelten Gebäude. Besonders schwierig, weil man erst spät anreisen kann, das Büro aber ab 13 Uhr geschlossen hat. Kleines Bad mit einer noch kleineren Dusche. Ich möchte behaupten wer mehr als Größe Kleidergröße 48 hat, kann nicht mehr ohne blaue Flecken duschen.
