This apartment was recently refurbished on a grand scale and awaits you with a fresh & modern design in jungle design.
The location is very good and quiet:
3 minutes to the tram stop and 15 minutes by train to the center and the old town. In only 4 km to the fair or university.
You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee or a Pukka tea and enjoy all the nice amenities and the beautiful river view.
The apartment has a comfortable double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and everything you need.
The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is also a washer-dryer and ironing facilities in the apartment.
Of course we provide fresh towels, a hair dryer and all important things like shower gel & shampoo.
With the comfortable 1.50 m wide sofa bed, the apartment also offers space for a third and fourth guest. All windows can be blacked out.
Directly in the courtyard next to the building you have your own garage available free of charge.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area with direct access to the Wertach where you can go for a walk or jog. Playgrounds for children are nearby and many benches to rest and enjoy. The center of Augsburg is only 3 km away, the nearest train station is only 850 m away, the nearest tram stop is 0.5 km away and a wide range of shopping facilities are nearby (max. 0.5 km). It only takes you 3 minutes to walk to the tram stop and you are then in 15 minutes directly on Königsplatz or in the old town in the center of Augsburg and in 25 minutes by public transport in the Augsburg Exhibition Center or University, which are 4.4 km away.

1 garage is available on the property free of charge. You can also park for free along the street. In the courtyard, a door leads directly to the Wertach, which invites you to take a walk. You will find the door behind the parking spaces, which unfortunately are all rented at the moment. With the tram, which is a 3-minute walk away, you can be in 15 minutes directly at Königsplatz or in the old town in the center of Augsburg and in 25 minutes by public transport you can reach the Augsburg exhibition center or the university, which is 4.4 km away. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The Autobahn towards Munich/Salzburg is only a few km away. The Oberhauser train station and the main train station with direct connections to Nuremberg, Munich and Berlin can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
