This approximately 40 m² holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor and was completely renovated in the winter of 2024/2025. It offers modern living comfort and is ideal for up to 4 people.

In the evening, it can be transformed into a comfortable sleeping area in no time at all. The built-in kitchenette is new, high-quality, and fully equipped—with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A dining area for four people provides a pleasant separation between the living and kitchen areas.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet. Both the living area and the bedroom open onto small French balconies with access to the outside.
The modern bathroom features light, natural tones and is equipped with a toilet and a large, walk-in shower—perfect for added comfort.
