Other Things to Note

Upper Grove occupies the upper level of the home. A separate basement apartment may be occupied during your stay. The lower unit has its own private entrance and does not share any interior spaces with the upper level.

Traveling with a larger group? Ask about booking Grove Collective, which includes both levels of the property for additional bedrooms, living space, and a second full kitchen.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
